Description
Blue Moon ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to individuals with Autism. The role implements treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collects behavioral data, collaborates on intervention plans, trains parents and caregivers, coordinates care, and supports positive client outcomes. The position offers $27–$31 per hour, PTO, clinical support, and growth opportunities, with an after-school, weekday schedule and evenings or weekends as needed.
