Description
The employer is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in their homes or clinic under the oversight of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Responsibilities include implementing instructional programs, teaching adaptive living skills, delivering behavior interventions, collecting data, completing session notes, and communicating with Behavior Analysts. The employer provides on-the-job training and pays for 40 hours of Applied Behavior Analysis training to obtain RBT certification; existing RBTs may start at $17.50-$19.25 per hour. Requirements include being at least 18, having a high school diploma or GED, passing background and drug checks, speaking, reading, and writing effectively in English, having reliable transportation, and completing RBT training and obtaining the credential within 90 days of hire.
