Description
The ABA Clinician provides one-on-one direct service to children with special needs in a clinic-based setting, using Applied Behavior Analysis to teach communication, social, and verbal skills while reducing problem behavior. The role includes preparing for sessions, delivering skill acquisition programs, collecting behavioral data, following individualized behavior plans, documenting sessions, assisting with parent training, and participating in clinic activities. It is a part-time position initially scheduled for afternoons Monday through Thursday and Friday mornings, with potential to become full-time, and pays $20-$25 per hour.
