Description
The ABA Clinician provides one-on-one direct service to children with special needs in a clinic-based setting, using Applied Behavior Analysis to teach communication, social, and verbal skills while reducing problem behavior. The role includes preparing for sessions, delivering skill acquisition programs, collecting behavioral data, following individualized behavior plans, documenting sessions, assisting with parent training, and participating in clinic activities. It is a part-time position with potential to grow into full-time, operating Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with occasional local travel and physical demands including lifting up to 20 pounds. A bachelor’s degree and company-sponsored RBT certification are required; the pay range is $20-$25 per hour.
