Ascend Behavior Partners is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum through play, creativity, and ABA therapy. The role teaches daily living skills, language acquisition, and helps manage challenging behaviors, with work available in homes or clinics. Candidates need professional experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and a driver’s license, the ability to pass a background check, and willingness to obtain RBT certification. The position offers $21–$27 per hour to start, with additional first-year growth pay and Spanish-language bonus, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
