Ascend Behavior Partners is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play, creativity, and ABA therapy to teach daily living skills, language, and behavior management. The role offers training, a starting pay of $21–$27 per hour, additional first-year growth pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and requires professional experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and a driver’s license, willingness to work in a home or clinic, background-check eligibility, and willingness to obtain RBT certification.
