Description
MeBe is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join its Candidate Program for aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role provides hands-on ABA training, including treatment planning, behavior intervention plans, parent training, insurance fluency, program development, data analysis, assessment scoring, conflict resolution, and supervision. Applicants must have previous RBT experience, be newly employed at MeBe, be pursuing a BCBA degree, and enroll in a university or college BCBA program within the next three months. Compensation is $20-$24 per hour depending on experience and location, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other employee benefits.
