Majestic Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavioral Technicians to provide ABA therapy services for children, including implementing treatment plans, collecting and charting behavioral data, taking daily session notes in Rethink, and communicating regularly with supervisors and families. The role requires reliable in-session support, professionalism, use of ABA techniques such as reinforcement, shaping, chaining, task analysis, prompting, fading, and proactive strategies, as well as basic qualifications like RBT training, a driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
