Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder in home, clinic, school, or in-person settings. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, submitting session notes, collaborating with peers and supervisors, and attending meetings and trainings. Candidates must have experience working with children or adolescents with autism, effective English communication, a valid state identification card, reliable transportation, and must pass a criminal background check.
