Description
The Registered Behavior Technician provides direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills. The role includes collecting client-progress data, following behavior intervention plans, collaborating with families and therapy teams, and supporting skill development through structured activities and play. Active RBT certification is required, while experience with children who have autism or developmental delays is preferred; the position requires on-site work.
