Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder in home or clinic settings. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, submitting session notes, collaborating with peers and supervisors, and attending meetings and trainings. Candidates must have RBT certification, experience working with children or adolescents with autism, a valid state identification card, reliable transportation, and must pass a criminal background check.
