Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring Registered Behavioral Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder in home, school, or other in-person settings. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, submitting session notes, collaborating with peers and supervisors, and participating in meetings and training. Candidates must have RBT certification, experience working with children or adolescents with autism, reliable transportation, a valid state identification card, and must pass a criminal background check.
