Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or center-based ABA therapy for children with autism. The role includes direct 1:1 therapy, implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting data, submitting session notes, collaborating with supervisors and peers, and attending trainings and meetings. Paid training is offered to become an RBT, and candidates need experience working with children and/or adolescents, strong English communication skills, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.
