Description
CHPK Group is hiring an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class 3H) to support building safety and compliance across a variety of projects. The role contributes to policies, technical standards, regulatory frameworks, Gateway decisions, golden thread information, and occupation-stage duties; assesses complex Gateway 2 applications, Safety Case Reports, investigations, and enforcement cases; and supports technical policy teams. The position works with Associate/Associate Director and Director-level staff, maintains client relationships, and offers hybrid and flexible working, healthcare, training, pension, and other benefits.
