Description
The Registered Client Service Associate provides client-facing support to Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and their teams by handling account information, money movements, onboarding, digital-tool enrollment, order entry, and general client-service questions. The role also manages calendars, travel, expense reports, and in-office administrative tasks. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, active Series 7, Series 66, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses, and two or more years of industry experience is preferred. The expected base pay is $75,000 to $110,000 per year.
