Description
The Registered Dental Assistant supports dentists during patient exams, treatment discussions, and procedures; prepares and charts patients, captures digital x-rays, sets up and sterilizes treatment rooms, polishes teeth, places sealants, schedules appointments, and guides patients through post-care instructions. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, customer service, HIPAA compliance, and attention to detail, with digital x-ray and digital charting experience preferred. It is a full-time, Monday-Friday position at Converse Smiles in Converse, with a salary of $16–$18 per hour and medical, dental, vision, disability, and other benefits.
