Project Open Hand is hiring a full-time Registered Dietitian for its Nutrition Services Department in a hybrid role combining remote work, onsite work at its San Francisco office, and community-based client visits throughout the Bay Area. The role delivers medical nutrition therapy, develops nutrition guidelines and educational materials, conducts group nutrition and cooking classes, provides staff training, mentors dietetic interns, supports research and program evaluation, and performs quality assurance audits. Required qualifications include Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist status, exam eligibility, food-service and quality-control knowledge, nutrition software proficiency, and experience providing staff training; preferred qualifications include two or more years of Registered Dietitian experience, experience with vulnerable populations, and community-based nutrition education experience.
