Lifekind Health is hiring a Registered Dietitian in the Phoenix area to work with a multidisciplinary team on comprehensive patient care plans. The role assesses patients’ lifestyle, nutrition, and health needs; develops and adjusts meal plans; counsels patients individually and in groups; maintains medical records; codes encounters; and participates in quality improvement and professional development activities. Arizona licensure or certification is required, while 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred and recent graduates may be considered with available training.
