WellTheory is hiring a full-time Remote Registered Dietitian to deliver a proprietary functional nutrition care program to members. The role assesses health concerns, creates personalized care plans, uses functional lab testing to evaluate nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and gut health, and guides members toward sustainable anti-inflammatory diets and lifestyle changes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, RD licensure, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and at least two years of dietetics experience; functional nutrition, autoimmune, and behavior-change experience are preferred. Compensation is $63,000–$75,000 for the Registered Dietitian track, with potential growth to $90,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
