Project Open Hand is hiring a full-time, hybrid Registered Dietitian to deliver medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education, cooking classes, and client-centered counseling to vulnerable community members. The role also supports nutrition guidelines, staff training, intern mentorship, research, quality assurance, and community outreach.
