DiningRD is looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD) consultant for an Assisted Living Community. The consultant will conduct quarterly onsite visits to perform food safety and sanitation audits, observe meal/dining, and refer high-risk residents for nutrition support. This role involves collaborating with clinical teams, monitoring nutritional needs, educating residents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with a passion for improving senior living.
