Description
DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide semiannual onsite consulting visits to an assisted-living community. The role audits food safety and sanitation, observes meals and dining operations, makes nutrition referrals for high-risk residents, supports clinical and regulatory compliance, and coaches dining managers and staff. The position requires CDR credentials and a state license where applicable, offers a flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule, and is performed in person.
