Home Instead is hiring a Domiciliary Registered Manager in Bury St Edmunds to lead and develop its domiciliary care service, ensure high-quality care for older people, and build strong working relationships. The role requires a proven track record of service delivery, team leadership experience, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent. It offers 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, a salary of £35,000–£38,000 per annum, fully paid training, a performance-related uncapped bonus, and other employee benefits.
