The role is a Missouri-licensed Registered Nurse responsible for building relationships with patients and care teams, developing care plans, monitoring health information technology tools, addressing medication alerts and hospital admissions or discharges, and reporting performance measures and outcomes. The position requires clear communication, CPR and First Aid competency, multitasking, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for up to 8 hours or longer and lift up to 50 pounds. Clinical experience is preferred but not required, and the listed salary ranges are $27.29-$43.40 for a two-year degree and $28.30-$44.97 for a four-year degree.
