Description
The Semmes Murphey Clinic's Ambulatory Surgery Center is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to provide preoperative, postoperative, and procedural patient care. The role includes nursing assessments, vital-sign monitoring, medication administration, patient education, and preparation of sterile instruments and equipment. The schedule is approximately 6:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with PRN eligibility requiring at least two shifts per pay period and one Friday per month; PRN employees are not eligible for benefits. Applicants need an associate degree in nursing, one year of experience, an active Tennessee or compact RN license, and current BLS certification; ACLS and ambulatory surgery center experience are preferred.
