Vista Prairie Communities is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Ridgeway Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. The role provides skilled nursing care, conducts resident assessments, develops and adjusts care plans, monitors resident services, and supervises and trains care staff. A current Minnesota RN license in good standing is required; assisted living or memory care experience is preferred. The position offers a $70,000–$90,000 annual salary, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other employee benefits.
