Description
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to clinic patients in accordance with individual needs and the Illinois Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, triage, referrals, education, medication administration, clinical procedures, physician assistance, care coordination, staff orientation, emergency code-team participation, insurance pre-certifications, scheduling, privacy compliance, and adherence to OSHA and clinic policies. The role requires an ADN, nursing diploma, or BSN, an active Illinois Registered Nurse license, and CPR certification under American Heart Association guidelines within 30 days of hire.
