Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to provide skilled home-health nursing care in Indianapolis and nearby patient homes. The role includes comprehensive patient assessments, OASIS documentation, nursing care planning, physician coordination, discharge planning, home-health aide supervision, clinical documentation, and patient and caregiver education. Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing school, be licensed in Indiana, have a driver’s license, current CPR certification, and knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines; one or more years of community, home-health, or hospital experience is preferred.
