Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) works as a resident advocate and services coordinator to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met according to Oregon regulations. The RN evaluates, implements, and supervises wellness systems in collaboration with various directors. Responsibilities include significant change of condition assessments, service plan updates, PRN parameter management, supportive device assessments, and RN delegation. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
