Description
SightMD is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide preoperative, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia care for patients undergoing ophthalmic surgical procedures in a high-volume outpatient ambulatory surgery center. The role includes circulating nursing, IV initiation, medication administration, patient education, monitoring, documentation, infection-control compliance, and mentoring new nursing staff. Candidates must complete a nursing program with surgical, perioperative, or acute-care clinical rotations, hold an active RN license, and have BLS certification; BSN, ophthalmic-surgery experience, and prior ASC experience are preferred. The position follows a rotating day schedule and pays $45.00–$50.00 per hour.
