Description

As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide and oversee the medical services provided to a caseload of patients. This licensed nursing professional will act as the medical treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each patient.
