Preferred Family Healthcare is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its ACT-TAY program in Hannibal, Missouri to provide client-centered nursing care for youth ages 16–25 in community and office-based settings. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, medication administration, documentation, client/family education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and community partners. The position requires Missouri RN licensure, strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort working independently and in teams, familiarity with electronic medical records, and an interest in psychiatric nursing.
