Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) on the Allegheny General Hospital 6A Stepdown Unit will provide direct patient care to a high-acuity patient population, managing critical conditions such as respiratory issues, drug/alcohol withdrawal, gastrointestinal bleeding, altered mental status, sepsis, and congestive heart failure. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, care planning, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and patient/family education. The role requires strong leadership to professionally direct and manage patient care activities.
