Description
The Allegheny General 8A Surgical/Transplant Unit at Allegheny Health Network is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care to abdominal transplant and colorectal surgical patients, primarily kidney and liver transplants, along with trauma overflow patients. The nurse will manage a designated patient population, demonstrating strong clinical assessment and care planning skills, ensuring safe and effective care aligned with regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assess patient and family learning needs, and provide appropriate education.
