Boys Town is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for their Inpatient Medical Unit. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for pediatric patients with acute medical diagnoses and post-operative individuals. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, managing documentation, educating patients and families, and participating in performance improvement activities.
