Bupa is hiring a Registered Nurse for Southlands Care Home in Harrogate. The role manages resident well-being, oversees care and medication, develops and evaluates individualised care plans, coaches care-team colleagues, and monitors compliance with standards and legislation. It is a full-time night-shift position working 24 hours per week from 8pm to 8am, with a pay range of £21.55 to £23.80 per hour depending on experience. The nurse must hold a valid NMC pin and have previous experience maintaining clinical policies and standards; night work requires strong critical thinking, self-reliance, and emergency-management skills.
