CareOne at Wilmington is hiring a Registered Nurse to coordinate and oversee nursing care for residents in a long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting. The role provides direct and indirect nursing care, assesses resident conditions, administers medications and treatments, documents care, communicates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and responds to resident risks. The position requires an associate's degree from a credentialed nursing school, current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, and one year of related nursing experience. Compensation is $45.00 to $51.00, subject to experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and applicable differentials.
