The Registered Nurse will coordinate and oversee nursing care for residents at The Rehabilitation & Nursing Center at Greater Pittsburgh in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include direct and indirect nursing care, medication and treatment administration, resident assessments, documentation, interdisciplinary communication, incident reporting, and supervision of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.
