Registered Nurse position at CHI Health Mercy Council Bluffs, working in a campus float pool across multiple departments. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with physicians, administering medications, and educating patients and families. Premium differentials are offered for flexibility, along with normal shift differentials for nights and weekends. Requires an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification within 5 months of hire. One year of RN experience and specialty certification are preferred. Sign-on bonus and educational assistance may be available.
