Description
DaVita is hiring a Dialysis RN for its outpatient dialysis center in Kettering, Ohio. The role provides care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, observes and measures patients, sets up dialysis machines, and oversees patient groups with the support of PCTs. No prior dialysis experience is required because paid on-the-job training is available for the first 10 weeks; the position may float to various clinics and requires working 3–4 days per week in 10–12-hour shifts, with shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM. Applicants must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and hold an associate degree in nursing, a bachelor of science in nursing, or a three-year diploma from an accredited program.
