Description
Duncaster is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to provide quality care to residents in an assigned neighborhood of its life-plan community. The role assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates physical, psychosocial, and environmental resident care; administers medications; documents care; coordinates staff and resident care; completes admission and discharge procedures; and uses the electronic medical records system. The position requires Connecticut RN licensure and two years of full-time clinical nursing experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. It is a third-shift role with 32 hours per week, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., every other weekend, and pays $43.50 per hour plus shift differentials.
