Description
Duncaster is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide quality care to residents in an assigned neighborhood of its life-plan community. The role assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates physical, psychosocial, and environmental resident care; administers medications; documents care; coordinates staff and resident care; completes admission and discharge procedures; and uses the electronic medical records system. A Connecticut RN license and two years of full-time clinical nursing experience are required, while a bachelor’s degree in nursing and experience with MatrixCare or other electronic medical records are preferred. The position offers three shifts with pay of $43.50 per hour plus shift differentials.
