Description
The Registered Nurse plans, organizes, and directs home care services for individuals and families, including patient and family assessments, care planning, medication administration, discharge planning, physician communication, and coordination of community resources. The role may include case management, on-call duties, and supervision of home health aides. It requires current professional nursing licensure, graduation from a National League for Nursing-accredited school, current CPR certification, a licensed automobile, and at least two years of experience, with public health or home care experience preferred.
