Description
The purpose of this position is to perform the primary functions of a nurse in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care. The Registered Nurse will plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally/specialty appropriate nursing care, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients/families. They will follow physician's orders, maintain patient privacy, adhere to infection control procedures, collect laboratory samples, perform admission/discharge/transfer procedures, and assemble equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures. The role also involves performing Quality Assessment activities and attending required meetings.
