Description
The Alberta Indigenous Virtual Care Clinic is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse to provide virtual care to Indigenous patients across Alberta. The role includes patient assessments, health histories, medication reconciliation, cancer and diabetes screening, health education, immunization status, chart reviews, treatment planning, documentation, patient advocacy, and coordination with physicians, psychologists, Patient Navigators, and other clinic staff. The position is remote, may include daytime, evening, and weekend work, and is limited to a maximum of 18 hours per week. Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, be registered with CARNA, have clinical training or experience with Connect Care, Netcare, or Med Access EMR, and have at least three years of relevant nursing experience, including experience working with Indigenous patients.
