Registered Nurse role responsible for delivering and coordinating resident care in a clean, safe environment, developing and implementing nursing care plans, making nursing diagnoses, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team, documenting medication administration, and overseeing staff compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
