Description
Heartland Health Services is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients, coordinate day-to-day care activities, educate patients and family caregivers, document care, administer medications, perform physical exams, schedule appointments, refill medications, and communicate with the healthcare team. The role manages acute, chronic, and episodic high-risk patients, supports quality improvement and clinic compliance, and may travel to various clinic locations. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with paid holidays, accrued PTO, a 401(k) match, and health benefits starting on day one.
