Description
I-MED Radiology is hiring a casual Registered Nurse to support its medical imaging team at Latrobe Regional Hospital in Victoria. The role involves assessing, preparing, and monitoring patients; cannulation and IV access; assisting with interventional and diagnostic procedures; caring for sedated patients; maintaining infection control, workplace safety, and medication safety; handling emergencies; and collaborating with radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, referrers, and administration. The position requires full AHPRA registration, acute nursing experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work a flexible roster; previous radiology, surgical, procedural, or anaesthetic experience is desirable. The employer prefers candidates with no planned extended leave for the first three months and requires unlimited full permanent working rights in Australia.
