Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care, assessments, care planning, health education, documentation, and coordination of acute and ongoing health services for clients. The role supervises LPNs, AMAPs, and Direct Support Professionals; supports staff training in medication administration and infection control; participates in interdisciplinary teams; and requires on-call availability. The position is available in the Bronx and Brooklyn and requires an active, unrestricted New York State Registered Professional Nurse license, with managerial experience preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
