McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is hiring a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse for its Spindale Opioid Treatment Program. The role provides substance-use-disorder care through medication administration, intake assessments, vital-sign monitoring, withdrawal and impairment assessments, documentation, and physician-order follow-through, while also supporting nursing staff. Candidates need an accredited RN program, an active North Carolina RN license or multistate compact license, and strong clinical assessment and documentation skills; prior leadership or charge-nurse experience is preferred.
